Pretty Siamese X Male needing new home

We sadly have to rehome our very pretty Siamese cat. He does have a microchip. He is friendly and easygoing. We adopted him from RSPCA in 2011 and they were not sure of his age but he is probably around 12 years of age. He uses a cat litter tray but is also ok outside too. He would be a nice companion for someone. We just don't have the capacity to care for him and our time is stretched. Kids are older and moving on.
